Every float departs with complimentary cold sparkling water and extra water bottles. We highly recommend bringing snacks and beverages to enjoy on the river.

If you don’t want to pack your own food, don’t stress! We offer a variety of fresh sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and snacks to add to your trip. Just BYOB or wine - we’ll bring wine glasses!

Our food is sourced from Matt's Old Fashioned Butcher Shop & Deli in Livingston — a family-run shop and local favorite known for in-house-processed meats, fresh-baked rolls, and specialty imports. We order, pick up, and deliver everything to the boat so it's ready when you arrive.

Trail Bar $7

A dense, hearty bar made with beef, oats, almonds, and cranberries.

"The Hiker" Trail Bar $14

The premium version of the Trail Bar. Beef, oats, raisins, chile, and cumin.

Sandwiches and boards are assembled in a facility that processes nuts, gluten, and dairy.

Some pre-packaged foods do not contain these ingredients, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination has not occurred for in-house foods. We recommend you bring your own food if you have especially severe dietary restrictions. Thank you for understanding.

We craft our boards based on your preferences and what’s available at Matt’s, so no two boards are the same - but you always get the best of the season!

Artisan cheeses from around the world, always featuring at least one delicious wedge from the American West. Dried fruit, nuts, crackers, and dark chocolate.

The Coastline Board $60 - $110

Premium tinned seafood, artisan cheeses, olives, cornichons, nuts, and crackers.

The Provisions Board $60 - $125

A little bit of everything - premium tinned seafood, artisan cheese, Matt’s beef sticks or jerky, cornichons, nuts, dried fruit, and crackers.

Sandwiches are not available for morning floats, or Sunday or Monday floats.
